Very clean, I don’t carry cash on me so that was a drawback because the machines only take coins but they have plenty of coin machines available.  For a Saturday night it wasn’t too crowded but nice. Has TVs and WiFi. Will be back.

They need to expand ,utilize the little back yard they have...accommodate the customers especially the elderly. This would make it more comfortable and a better laundry experience.

No one bothers you while your here, that's a good thing. Only thing I don't like is that there's no one here to help you; you're on your own. One of the washing machines didn't go through the whole cycle of washing. because of this, I couldn't get me clothes out of the washing machine; There is no one to help you in situations like this...

Used a 30 pound front loading washer and it destroyed the blanket I washed. There are signs saying no blankets or pillows, yada yada yada on the top loading washers but apparently all of your washers are incapable of washing blankets without destroying them. Will never use this laundromat again. I will stick with my usual place on Maryland Ave who offers free dry-cleaning, is much cleaner and has better washers and dryers. I would give zero stars if I could but Google makes you give at least one star.
