I wish I could give less than one star. Wish it was better since it's literally across the street, but nope. They destroyed my girlfriends $500 winter coat. Avoid this place for anything more valuable than old rags.

Very good.  I dropped off a suit to have dry cleaned, and the turn around was less than a day.  When I picked it up, the suit came back free of defects, no missing buttons, and most importantly, pressed and clean.  I will be sure to use Vogue again for future dry cleaning.

I had dropped off five button down dress shirts on a Monday morning. At that time I was quoted a pick up time of 5 pm the next day. Sure enough when I got there my shirts were not ready. When I pointed out the quoted time and date on the slip, I was told that they were done cleaning for the day and to come back the next night. Once I finally got my clothes I was disappointed to find that they were so wrinkled I wondered whether or not they cleaned the shirts...when I looked at one particular shirt that had a stain on it(which was pointed out upon drop off) I saw the stain was still there. Awful, unacceptable service!...or shall I say, lack there of.

Terrible- the last time I went in I had then tighten the buttons on a coat and replace one that was missing with the only extra button I had, not only did they not do this work but managed to lose one of the other buttons in the process. To add insult they don't even bother to mention their mistakes ( the last time they broke a zipper but did fix it after a bit of confusion) Check you clothes carefully if you decide to risk using these cleaners
