If there was an option to leave a negative 5 star, I would. Having them for my plumber has been one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered! They had to come out three times less than 24 hours. The first time they came out, the gentleman plugged up my sink, put the water on and left it running. Then proceeded to go outside into his truck and the water overflowed out of my sink, down my kitchen counters and all over the floor. He then proceeded to NOT finish the job and leave. He didn't even have the decent courtesy 
to clean up his mess. I then had to call again and ask them to send somebody else out because my sink was still clogged. They sent someone else out. This person poured half of my bottle of dish soap down the drain to try and unclog it that way first . Then he disconnected the sink, never reconnected it and ran the water and flooded my entire three cabinets and ruined all of my appliances. I then called the company and they blamed it on the landlord and told me that the landlord would be responsible for replacing anything damaged. I would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE!

I couldn’t be happier with the service that I received today.  A gurgling noise started appearing in my son’s rest room and later I found the toilets backing up.  I opened the Septic Tank to make sure there was sufficient space still for any waste and that was not an issue.  I contacted Mr. Rooter whom the customer service representative Tammy answered the phone.  She was quite courteous and respectful to me.  I explained my issue and ask if it was possible to have a technician make it over sometime today.  She explained they had several calls out already and would call me back when she had a Technician available.  She took both my LAN line as well as my Cell plumbers so she could get back with me.   Within 30 minutes she had called me back and stated a Technician was on its way.  Shawn was the technician that answered the call and was professional and quick to get his equipment out and complete the snaking of the waste lines.  When completed Shawn put away his equipment and took my credit card calling it into the office so he could complete the monetary transaction.  Even though I was quoted one price by Tammy on the phone, Shawn seen on my Truck License plate that I was a Military Vet and included a Military Discount before the transaction was complete.  I mentioned him that I wasn’t expecting any give me’s because I try to pay my own way, but he said that if he sees a Veteran or a Senior Citizen they are going to give a discount.  I said thank you and hope you have a Happy New Year. I would not hesitate to contact this business again or recommend it to my family and friends. My Review isn't without criticisms though I will limit it to one main one.  Because I was concerned initially that the Septic Tank was full, I had removed the dirt over the access whole which the technician would have done when he got here to snake the pipes.  The critique is that the young man should have covered the whole  up and made sure the ground was back to normal at the completion.

I had the best experience with these guys, they were fast, courteous, affordable and downright all around guys. They took care of my problem and had the most pleasant office staff. Please call these guys for all your plumbing needs.

Worst service ever. They tell you that they will come out. They don't give you a time window or anything. Most places give a 2 to 4 hour window. I have been home all day and it's 5pm and still no one has arrived. And all they say is they will call when they are on their way. 
If you need work done USE SOMEONE ELSE.

They always do great work and they have very good pricing.  Same price for weekend and nights.
