Rocky is a very professional technician who addressed the issues with my heat pump. He also provided a lot of information and advice when deciding on choosing between repair or replacing the unit. I liked that there wasn't any pressure in making the choice. Also, the people I talked to on the phone when making the appointment were very helpful and polite. Great communication!

I am very pleased with the service I received today. My technician was Dylan, and he was very professional, knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do. This gentleman is a very hardworking individual and was able to fix my plumbing issues a lot quicker than I ever expected. I will refer H.C Blake and Dylan to anyone who who is looking for a professional service for their plumbing problems.  My thanks to you, for a job well done!

Very professional, knowledgeable and responsive team that planned and did our home's crawl space encapsulation.  Andrew laid out the pros & cons of various options, John, Jason & Juan did an excellent installation, finding and sealing off an opening to keep out critters (I went under the house to inspect everything myself).  Andrew resolved to my complete satisfaction an item that was overlooked in the original description of work to be done.  Highly recommended!

The service was very fast and they gave me a comprehensive review of what I should do when I wanted to add a gas stove.  They upgraded my house for future gas appliances so that the next one I added would be cheaper.  They techs were very considerate about not leaving a mess even though I was in the middle of re-doing my kitchen.  They were also friendly and willing to explain everything while they were working.  There was an issue with the way the gas pipe went into my attic, and instead of adding on more charges when they had to make a change they stuck to the original quote.  Absolutely superior service and someone I would want to do business with in the future.

Excellent company to work with. I have their service plan and Jackson was over here last Thursday check the electrical and Dennis on Friday checking the HVAC. Both were extremely nice and thorough. They made recommendations of things we could do to improve the safety and air quality of our house but never pushed anything.  We're new to the area so it's nice to know a good reliable company.
