We chose Hiller because of their high reviews and we are so glad we did.  Corey Brown was our service technician and he did a very professional job on our heater.  We signed up for their preventive maintenance service for peace of mind.  It's great to know they'll be there when we need them.  Thanks for the great customer service!

5/7/18  Still very happy with this company!  Today they sent technician John Darling to inspect our air conditioning unit as part of our package to make sure it would be ready for the summer.  John was very polite, knowledgeable and professional.  We were also glad to hear the unit is functioning great.  Love the way they followed up with us.  Their customer service is excellent!

The overall experience was just ok for me. The tech Corey that came out was polite, courteous, and helpful in answering any questions. The customer service as far as keeping in touch with regards to our part for our a/c unit was poor. Follow-up, for me, is very important, especially when the price you pay for a/c repairs isn't cheap. Regardless, staying in touch with your customers is key, in my opinion.
After a couple of days our unit wasn't cold, so we called Hiller since they had just finished repairing our unit. The tech Jordan that came out was amazing. He not only found a leak that was missed the first time but did it in the rain. He was diligent in his work and waived the fee to come out. Talk about work ethic. Thank you Jordan. Keep up the good work!

Jon the Plumber service man showed up on time and ready to go to work. He located the leak, on the water heater, and explained what needed to be done.. The water heater I had was about 12 years old and leaked from the water line leading out of the water heater. I was told it was not up to current code and a replacement was recommended. I believe he gave a very fair price and I agreed to have the work done. 4 hours later and the NEW water heater is installed. GREAT JOB JON!!!! He always wore a plastic over boot so we so we wouldn't damage the carpet.  The next time the Plumbing work done I'm calling Hiller.

Great team of people who came out the same day as my call on a late Sunday evening while enduring some weird Alabama freak thunderstorm.

MARSHALL was able to quickly identify and show evidence of what was wrong via pictures and what had to be done. Unfortunately, I came to the realization that my unit was 22+ years old and I've opted to get a whole new unit due to the extensive wear and tear, rust, and vermin eating wires. 

BRAD then came to my home and shown a few units that would be optimal while providing education as to what each feature is and what it's utilized for. We ultimately purchased a unit with no pressure none whatsoever and we were also provided 2 window units in the meantime for my to stay comfortable until the install date.

At this time, these two employees have far exceeded any expectations.

It’s not the best day when your heat goes out, it’s April in Alabama, and you get one of those random 20 degree nights.. on a Saturday! I called three different companies and Hiller had the best rate and quickest repair time. Our repair guy, Adam, was very knowledgeable and transparent when it came to the issues and pricing. Great customer service!
