Ken is absolutely the greatest!  He arrived when he said he would, knew what he was doing, gave me some pointers on how to keep it from happening again and was finished in no time.  The greatest sound in the world is running water after your pipes have been frozen!  He is my hero!!  Office staff was great as well.  They returned my call very promptly and were sympathetic to my situation and were able to get someone out right away to fix it.  I am going to these guys FIRST from now on!!

I have used Mr Rooter for many years and always have had a good experience with them in the past.  Their last visit was a bit problematic--a part in the water softener Ryan had installed for me a while ago had failed & was leaking, and  he had to get me a new one costing almost $500.  The way Mr Rooter charges includes not just their hourly work, but a charge on the equipment they install.  So the bill got close to $1000!  When the office called to ask if I was satisfied with the work, I told them I thought the charge was unfair--and to their credit, they and Ryan, worked out an agreement with the softener manufacturer to absorb the cost of the part as a warranty issue, which also really reduced the charges for labor.  I really appreciated that!
