We are so grateful to Mr. Rooter for their help.  We had a significant leak in the water line from the city meter to our house, which we discovered late on a Friday afternoon.  Within 24 hours a technician had assessed the problem and scheduled a repair.  By Tuesday afternoon the repair was complete, the inspection had been done and the clean up was complete.  I highly recommend them!

The quality of work and the professional, friendly demeanor of the plumber was absolutely top notch. I trusted the plumber because he listened carefully to our needs and concerns, then explained two different scenarios for the work. Though we had a limited budget for the installation of an unusual toilet, he took the time to discuss our future plumbing plans as well, inviting us to reach out to Mr. Rooter whenever we're ready. Efficient, thorough, no-pressure service! Mr. Rooter is not the least expensive option, but you get what you pay for.

As a Realtor, I contacted Mr. Rooter to help to inspect a sewer line for a home that I am helping a client purchase. The technician was very knowledgeable, honest, and had a good work ethic. Because he was approachable, easy to work with and respectful of my time and opinions about the plumbing issue, I would definitely recommend him again. He worked hard to avoid any extra expense and although he gave several options for what could be done, he did not pressure anyone for extra services. This type of experience makes it very easy to give a great review. Mr. Rooter, I would definitely, make sure you keep this technician around ;)

Friendly staff are eager to please! They have always gotten us taken care of.  The price is a bit on the higher side for services, but worth it for the work and guarantee.

We needed our sewer line scoped during the inspection period when we were buying  a house.  They were able to come out right away so that we didn't need to file for an extension.
