Not sure what is going on with this company, but my husband called to have someone come and give us a quote almost two weeks ago and they've pretty much ignored him. He waited a day for the bidder to get back to him, and when they didn't, he called the company back again and was told the bidder is too busy. We still haven't heard back. I guess they don't want business. I'm actually glad they never called back because if this is how they treat potential customers, I imagine they don't have much respect for their actual paying customers.

Royal Plumbing is the BEST! I called desperately trying to find a company to replace a gas line so my new range could be installed. I had grandchildren coming to make Christmas cookies and all other companies I called couldn’t do it until after the holidays. Kim worked her magic and had Rick coming back from another job to help us. He was professional as was his apprentice and both saved the day.  I will forever be grateful to Royal Plumbing , and cookies were made.

Royal Flush plumbing is amazing! They completely saved my hide! I had a crisis that needed to be solved in a very short window of time and they went well out of their way to make the fix. They are professional, incredibly helpful, and really nice to deal with.  Ricardo rocks!  I wish all of my experiences with plumbers were as good as Royal Flush! Kim, thank you!!!

The owner Ted is very dishonest!  Do not believe anything he says, he does not honor the promises he makes.

I have had 2 negative experiences with Royal Flush, particularly with regard to professionalism.

Last year, we called them for replacement of the water line to the house: The new water line initially failed inspection because they did not use silicone at the entry into the foundation. They addressed the issue, but we experienced significant leaking from this hole, causing our sump pump to fail and flood our basement. They then patched the hole with globs of hydraulic cement, which stopped the leak.

Recently, we called them to repair a leaking cold water shutoff valve on our laundry sink and to permanently remove the toilet in the laundry room: 
- The plumber arrived 30 minutes late; we were charged for 4 hours, though work was only done for 3.5 (and much of the time was spent replacing the hot water shutoff valve, which they recommended doing, and it turned out to be more difficult than expected).
- After running out of time, the plumber called someone else to finish the job. The guy finishing the job apparently used one of our towels to clean up the cement he poured where the toilet was removed, and then tossed the ruined towel behind the water heater.
- Although I warned the first plumber against it, one of them let out my indoor-only cat, who needs insulin injections twice a day. She could have died if I had not found her and brought her back inside.
- For some reason, they turned off the circuit breaker to the hot water heater, which we didn’t realize until we all got cold showers the following morning.
I was given a small discount afterward, but I won’t be calling them again.
