Poor ownership, seems to be only money hungry. Went through the highest car wash, and came out dirty: dirt all over wind shield, doors and bugs all over the grill. Had to hand scrub the entire front end to make the car look decent. Products in the vending machine are always stuck and the products in the vending machine are not the high quality that is stated. The clean business itself is a product of hard working employees, not a product of the money hungry employers. I have spoken to employees, who only have negative things to say in regards to the ownership. Very disappointed in this entire facility.

Went through the auto wash deluxe for $8 (note: not the express auto wash, just regular sit still auto). There was no difference in my car before vs after except that it was wet. Fingerprints still there with dust and dirt. I'm really not that picky about it and would understand the hard to scrub spots not coming off. But the loose dust and dirt? If "wash me" had been written in it, it would still be there. I feel like the express wash was better last time - probably will stick with that if ever go back.

My favorite car wash in Greater Cincinnati. Full service brush system cleans great.

Paid 11 dollars for the deluxe auto car wash. The car wash never started. Called and left voicemail. Car still dirty but they got my money back.
