Not much to dislike about Richie's honestly. Especially this location where they have a pet wash! Two individual rooms with a ramp that leads to a hip height (I'm 5'4") shallow wash tub with a hose and multiple shampoo/conditioning choices and a dryer. The rooms are also heated for well needed winter baths. The lavender we used on our pooches kept them smelling nice all through the holidays.

I won't go anywhere else to wash my car. Richie' s touchless car wash works great without the risk of scratching my car. The vacuums are good & don't seem to hold that smell that other places do. The supplies are fairly priced for when I need that extra disposable towel. I believe this establishment is locally owned as well, which I am always a supporter of.

Used to love this place! I guess they thought they were "upgrading" with their new drive through car wash. Used to be touchless, now it has the big spinning things that are supposed to scrub your car. Spent $15 on a car wash and my car came out filthy. My entire back end had marks from the little strings on the spinning scrubbers. It didn't take off any of the grime where my magnets were on the side of my car, top of car looked like it hadn't been touched, and the bird mess on my hood that was the main reason I went in for... Still there. I think whoever sold them this new machine ripped them off.

They used to have a really good automated car wash if you didn't want to wash car yourself.  They recently upgraded auto car wash, and new machine didn't even get all the dirt off my car.  Its a bummer because I used to go every week for my business car.

Probably costs more to wash a car there than any other "quarter" car-wash in northern Kentucky.  It is  pretty well maintained, clean and up to date. But  $2.50 for 4 minutes is a little bit high..
