After multiple times at this car wash I have to finally say, my family will be using some of the many other car washes in the area instead. In our experiences, they overcharge without explaining the would'be charges until after they've been incurred, and they simply don't consistantely do a very good job. They have to be reminded to apply tire dressing after you've payed for it, they have to be asked to fully dry off your vehicle (all the draining spots that sit and run down your vehicle paint leaving streaks while they vacuum the interior), and simply put, they have little to no attention to detail, having to be politely asked to wipe/ dry your wheels so it doesn't blow water back on your vehicle as you drive away. The only employee there that seems to go above and beyond is an older Hispanic gentleman (unfortunately I don't know his name) that does an excellent job however you're not always lucky enough to get him on your job. My family will be going elsewhere from now on.
