Ordered two new tires from SimpleTire and had them delivered to the store. Told John at the counter the only thing I wanted to get done was just to replace the rear tires. Looked outside as the service technician started to pull my car in only to see him accelerating aggressively in the parking lot and sticking half his body out of the car window. Keep in mind this is a tiny Honda Fit that can fit in the garage bay easily. Went up to the mechanic to tell him that I need to give him the wheel lock. Instead of getting around to the tires he was sticking his head around the engine bay under the hood. Asked him what he was checking out there and he says, “I’m doing an inspection.” Told him that all I needed him to do was to change the rear tires. He rudely replies, “I’m just doing my job, you should’ve told the guy st the front what you wanted me to do.” I went to the counter again and had to ask John three times for him to tell the mechanic that he only
needed to change the rear tires. If I had a mounting machine I’d more than happily do this at home. Exactly the reason I don’t trust shops anymore.

These people saved my car-ignorant butt. I blew a tire, came in like 30 minutes before closing, totally desperate, and they changed the tire and got me on my way. It is not an exaggeration to say I would have had no idea how to deal with the situation otherwise. Also, they're just really cool people!

The COMPLETE PACKAGE!!! The ENTIRE staff are EXCELLENT.  can't believe I discovered this place. WOW can't say enough....I called there main office and she asked me which one...I told her, she said yeah store 653...I said Huh? Then she asked me for the address...yes it is 653

Had my tire changed for a reasonable price. Had to wait for 90 minutes but they got the job done.

Hands down the fastest service I have ever seen. People here were really nice and pretty knowledgeable about their mechanical work. I read the ratings on here before coming but I didn't have a choice I really needed to get new tires as soon as possible. After replacing the tires, I went outside to check if everything was ok. My car still drives like a dream and smooth as the day I bought it. Overall my experience here was great and I would come back.
