Such a variety of things to do here, great picnic areas, hiking or just somewhere to drive around to enjoy the views and the wildlife. This is where I saw my first moose and WOW was that an experience. Don't see much moose down in Florida. But living here in Maine now, Mount blue has become one of my favorite spots.

Not much to do here. There is a walking trail and a small playground for the kids. Has a small swimming area and is sometimes crowded. It is ok to come to if blazing hot

Amazing little state park. My favorite place to go with my family. Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. We camped for the first time there this summer, and our experience was nothing short of wonderful. Lots of programs and activities for my kids, nice facilities for us, and very accessible. Will definitely be back!

BIG park on the Mt. side of the lake. The access road is one vehicle wide, but has many turn outs for passing; it's about 2.5-3 miles off the road. Parking for about 10 vehicles. NO facilities! Trail up is about 2 miles & will take 45 mins - 1.5 hours to hike up to top. 6.5-7 difficulty for person in average condition. Conditioned hiker or runner 5 out of 10. Walking sticks & H2O are strongly encouraged. Plan a minimum 3 hour round trip hike; 4 is better. Lake side park is wonderful. We'll maintained, easy access for RVs and boats. Campers give very favorable reviews. Family friendly beach area with large lawn and good changing, restroom facilities
