Small but peaceful. A lot of animals stayed hidden, but I was grateful they had appropriate habitats that allowed them to do that. Because the animals are mainly rescues, we saw some interesting animals including a piebald deer and an albino raccoon. We were especially impressed with the close up views of eagles and moose.

Reasonable price. Great for families. Educational. Nice exhibits. Of course, you can't expect the animals to put on a "show" but you can see many of them.

Really enjoyed going here with my family. We loved seeing the animals. However, several of the displays seemed a bit small and not all were very clean. I would recommend and maybe we went on an off day. The big animals were great and they looked to have plenty of space.

Nature is so nice here. You get to learn about the Maine wildlife and what this wonderful place does to nurse injured animals back to good health.

Great day out, with some really interesting local wildlife. Good facilities onsite, including free parking, cafe, gift shop, bathrooms. Good value for money.
