My son enlisted in the U.S. Airforce with only a few months to prepare mentally and physically before departure to Basic Military Training. Fate would have it that we would come across the Bod Fitness online. Before signing up with personal training classes with Dan, my son couldn't even do a push-up. After taking him under his wing for 4 months, my son totally transformed. Dan had become such a positive force in his life. Not only could he keep up with the rigorous workouts, he grew confidence in himself. I know without Dan in my sons life during this challenging time, he would of never made it this far. Dan will always have a special place with this military family. 

Thank you for inspiring my son to become the greatest version of himself. We are forever grateful!

Great place to workout; full gym facility with free weights and a warehouse for group classes. The owners keep the gym in great shape, it is always clean and has just about every piece of equipment you can think of. The only downside for me is the group classes are good but geared more to women. I prefer sports/athletic training classes that work on functional strength & endurance.

The best gym and classes in town. The most motivational environment ever. You will get some serious improvement in your body and athletic performance. If you really want to see results and keep your blood pumping try it! You will not be disappointed.
