Mt Washington state Park is just an awe. We went to the summit by cog railway and the journey was slow and really good. The summit is extremely windy always and winds pushing us. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. There is a general store and museum. Hot drinks and soups are available in the store. It's a must visit place.

Always a great place to visit. The trekking trails are good too. The ones on the mountain top can be tough due to the hard terrain. But they're more fun as long as you know what you're getting in to. Tried the cog railway this time. It was a nice experience as a first timer but looking at the cost benefit, may not go again.

Between the tram and the auto road, this place is a zoo of people. After hiking half the presidential traverse, you hardly want to bother with this summit for all the people. Still, the amenities are nice (water, hot food if you want, bathrooms). Happy hiking!

Took Cog Railway to summit. Views are amazing. Main building has small museums. Only two dollars for admission. Bring quarters for telescope and $ for food from small cafeteria. Coffee, hot chocolate & chilli dogs available. Cafeteria is cash only. Gift shop takes debit/credit cards. You can visit older building to see how early staff lived before modern conveniences. Line for taking pictures at highest point on mountain, but, it moves at a good pace. Multiple levels to visit. Bring hoodie if visiting in fall.

Great, challenging hike. Beautiful views. My new favorite place. I like to ascend by taking Boot Spur to Davis. It’s a little longer than the Ravine Trail, but it’s quieter and has some great views.
