Local pet supply company. Great products and excellent prices -- lower than big brand stores. Extremely friendly and personal service. They treat pets as well as people. Very knowledgeable and always quick with recommendations.

I love this place! When I first got my cat at the humane society, they gave me some coupons to here. I lived just down the street so I thought I would give it a try! My cat was being a fussy eater at first, and I asked the lady what she recommended, and to my surprise, she gave me over 10 sample bags of food to take home to my hungry little kitty! One time I came in last minute after I had ran out of food for him, and they were out of stock of the food that we had finally settled on, and I didn't know what to do, as I had no food to feed him that night. So she gave me 3-4 sample bags of food to get me through the next few days until it was in stock again. I simply cannot say enough how much that meant to me! The customer service here is above and beyond all of my retail expectations. Almost gives you the feeling of an old timey store down the street feel, where they really cater to customer service.

The staff is kind and helpful, and the layout of the store is very dog-friendly--wide open aisles so you don't feel like you and canine are bumping into everything. The food selection is good, and you'll see lots of beds and accessories too. I can't say the prices are the best, but if you're looking for quality it's here. The store is easy to find and has parking directly out front.
