A butcher ruined my miniature schnauzer's hair, shaved her face including eye lashes, beard, and hair on her ears. We specifically asked the "groomer/butcher" to leave her ears alone, because we were going for the pom-pom hair style. Unacceptable... she transitioned from a mini schnauzer to an abandoned dog needing a bath. Avoid the PetSmart on Southpark Meadows, Austin, Texas.

Went in on my Birthday, July 12th (Today) to visit with the kitties when i remembered i wanted to try what my co-worker recommended me, Kitty caps. I ask up front and this nice gentleman calls another women over. She was Asian, small and polite. She showed me where they were located. I also work at a petstore but we don't carry kitty caps. I let her know how thankful i was that they had some and went on my phone to look up reviews. They were not good, so i went to the front to ask her if she might know of a good glue that could work in their place that wouldn't harm the cat. She did not. Kitty caps are apparently glued on till the claw becomes long enough to grow out and be cut. So then i wanted to price match, showed her the item and price off of petsmart's website. It was a dollar cheaper online. She then called her manager or supervisor. Code 25 or something over the intercom. Then a big Caucasian women with dark red or brown hair came up from behind and rolled her eyes at me. Don't know if it was intentional or just a long day, but then the women assisting me gave her supervisor my phone. The supervisor said "This is one size, you need the L size or else we cannot do the price match". I told her and showed her that they DONT list the sizes, that all the sizes back there were 15.99 each (XS, S, M, L). The other listing on their website was for the "Color variety" and it still said "one size" as well. Nothing said S, M, L on their website to choose a size from. She refused to HONOR the price match and had an attitude in her voice when i was distraught. This ruined my day and i left in anger after not buying the item. She snickered as i left without buying it, like she wanted this to happen. Like i didn't matter. I didn't think that was right and felt depressed and decided to leave this review. I WILL be calling customer support after this. This is on you sweetheart and you know who you are. At Petco, if you have the SKU # and it's the same product, we price match w/o a problem. If you clearly see the item is for "All sizes" with the same price tag, THERE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM JUST GIVING THE DOLLAR OFF! I am making this a big deal since she made it a big deal and refused to honor it and became snippy. I don't know why a women like this is working in customer service if this is her attitude. Unless she is one of those judge first types. I cannot express further how terrible i felt after that. This is the 2nd time i've come to this location where the staff were more than unfriendly/rude/didn't do their job. There was one young gentleman who i don't think works there anymore avoid helping me lift cat litter when asked. Please petsmart, you're better than this. Look into it and see what could have been done better. I don't think i'm the only one this women has taken her frustrations out on.

The store is clean. The employees are attentive. The groomers are speedy. My dogs were noticibly happier attending the boarding at this PetSmart than any other PetSmart in town. That's a high praise, I think! The biggest downfall of this PetSmart is the parking lot. I swear these are the tiniest parking spaces in Bellevue. Be patient and be aware of parking signs! The security guy is always on the prowl.

Affordable and decent. A little marked up. Could easily go online to purchase for a little less.

The staff at this PetSmart were friendly and helpful. The store is clean, well kept and stocked better than other stores in the area..The parking lot is is a mess. It is poorly laid out and full of erratic drivers.
