Love the people who work here. My only complaint is that the bathrooms were GROSS when I went in the early afternoon a couple of times. We're talking poop on the floor gross. I mentioned this to an employee who seemed genuinely concerned about the bathroom not being up to standard.

They don't seem to check their tanks often, nor do they try to cure any sick fish. Rather, they seem to just let them die. Careless when putting fish into tanks, found an aggressive fish in with guppies, it had been attacking up until i told a worker who, to her credit, removed it promptly and seemed genuinely concerned. For a place that sells pet supplies, it would be great to see them make a change in how they take care of the animals they sell.

Half the shelves are empty. Wandered around forever looking for ONE item in equatics and not one person asked if I needed help. Several made a point to look the other way and avoid eye contact. Thats fine. On my lunch break. Would rather spend my money at a Petco in Omaha where they have stellar customer service.

Selection is ok, but they don't always have the best time putting things away on shelves. They have these bins of toys by clearance that isn't clearance, but all full price toys they just don't want to put away properly. Sometimes the managers can be rude, but regular employees are always nice, kind and patient.
