My mother passed away unexpectedly, and not a half-hour afterwards, I had someone asking what my plans were for her. Muffley took her after I felt strong-armed into it. We opted for a direct cremation, my mother's wishes, which they were trying to change our minds on. Their bedside manner was jarring and not very comforting. They made countless errors on her online obituary, and even after I pointed them out, they still have not corrected any of the spelling errors on her online obituary. IT HAS BEEN 3 YEARS.
