I just want to say that Steed Todd funeral home has made my experience easier to deal with, they've made me feel so very welcomed in my time of need, it was almost as if I was family. I was at a lost time in my life, and they helped me with the insurance company. The staff at Steed todd has been very kind to me. Without them, I would not have been able to cope with the everyday struggles. They are the best to me. Even if it just to talk.
The Steed-Todd Funeral Home was professional, sympathetic, and very caring throughout the entire process, when I was totally overwhelmed. Even when I returned from the memorial service, which was across the country, they called to check on me to see if I needed anything. They were very timely in ensuring I left with the prayer cards and folders for the rest of my family. I would like to personally thank you Mr. Anthony Anaya, who was my funeral service intern.

Natalie and her staff were very professional and their attention to detail was very much appreciated. As difficult as this time was for our family we were extremely pleased with how beautiful the services turned out. Steve and his crew at Steed Todd Funeral Home were amazing. The compassion that they showed during this difficult time was very heartfelt. They showed the same compassion when my brother passed away and that was the main reason my mom always said to choose them when it was her time to pass. Steve treated us with sincere empathy and made sure everything was done beautifully in order to honor our mom. I appreciate all that him and his crew have done for us! I want to Thank Natalie and all other staff members of Steed Todd Funeral Home for being so accommodating and compassionate during such a hard time in our lives. They helped make our experience so much better than expected when having to deal with such a great loss in our family. Over the course of just this last year, I have struggled through losing three of my closest and dearest family members, but I feel like I've gained a great and supporting friend with Natalie. She took the time to answer all questions and phone calls and offered any and all help, going above and beyond to make this time in our lives go as smoothly and stress free as possible. Thank you all again.
After the passing of my dear mother I leaned on Steed Todd to help me with the final arrangements. They were so helpful and genuinely kind during the entire process. I had to converse with Natalie and Jennifer quite frequently and they answered all my questions thoroughly and professionally. They have even checked in with me since the funeral to ask how I was doing.
Natalie is by far the best person I've ever worked with professionally, especially during such a difficult time. She showed my family so much compassion, patience, and care. I could tell management wasn't super pleased with all the time we needed for numerous things, but Natalie never blinked an eye at anything we needed. After-death arrangements aren't easy or cheap. It's been months, and she's still checking in on us. Frankly, my family and I will follow her wherever she goes, so long as it's local. I hope Steed Todd knows how good they have it with her! You found a gem! Don't let her go. People like her are worth their weight in gold.
