They are very high prices. They need to cut it. I dont think u should pay for it. What hate about this place is the waiver form that you have to sign that you hurt yourself or anything like that a not responsible for. All rules make me sick. Too many why should l pay them prices and sign a waver form. U know how get over on people

Altitude is way better this place sucks kids cant have a good time too many picky rules. Kids couldnt throw foam cubes at each other. Stick with altitude.

Have told manager on two ocasions that the bigger kids bully the smaller kids especially in dodge ball. I think that they need to watch the kids more closely to keep this from happening. My grandson got hit in the eye twice in one night by a bigger kid. Other than that the place is great to bring your kids.

My kids love it here, and so do I! I can play some great arcade games while my kids play on the trampolines!

Horrible customer service...the lady with red hair is rude for no reason! She did not help me but I was watching her interaction with other customers and listening to her...she is costing this place to lose money! The other staff are not customer friendly either... mean to the children! This whole staff needs customer service training!!
