Great customer service. I spoke to 2 individuals, both were very helpful. I called at approximately 10:30 in regards to a maintenance issue. I was told a work order would be written up. The work was done by 14:00. They did a great job as well. Thank you for turning a potentially stressful issue into an easy fix!

One of the most greediest companies around here. They charge you a convenience fee to pay online but don't understand that the real convenience is for them not to have excessive foot traffic of people paying their bills at their establishment. They are greatly behind the times. Their site isn't user friendly. Whoever designs this stuff needs to figure that out. Its a chore to now find your account number and customer number to be allowed to pay online, a real inconvenience, and then they expect more for your 'convenience', all for treated unclean water.

Despite the bad reviews, I have never had any issues with Murfreesboro Water & Sewer. Good customer service .

Why does it need to be so difficult to pay these people? The max you can pay online is 400.00 it will not save any information so your filling everything out multiple times if your business bill is larger than that. The program is archaic and saves nothing. For good measure they charge you a "Convenience" fee each and everytime!
