I live in memphis tn  it's literally impossible to get a hold of this place to talk to them about my license there phones stay busy at least 95% of the day! even after having my case thrown out at court i still have to deal with the state and for god's sake I can't even get a hold of them to talk to them.

It's unfortunate that the services provided from this unnecessary agency warranted such poor revues. I was also, given past, similar experiences, expecting much the same but I have to be honest, the lady who answered my call was professional, reserved but courteous and answered my questions in a timely and knowledgeable fashion.

you will wait 10 minutes for someone who doesn't know what they are doing to answer and they will then put you on hold for longer. With no resolution to your problem in the end.

Was very rude over the phone... I waited 30 minutes to speak to someone an then they rushed me off the phone gave me the wrong mailing adfress, an i had to call back three times for a fax number.. Its been three weeks an i still havnt been able to mail in my money order from texas... 😡😡
