Way past its prime. Hasn't really changed since I was a kid. They are in the process of downsizing now. I wouldn't recommend going unless you get heavily discounted tickets and have never been before. Money is better spent at the FL Aquarium or Lowery Park zoo. They are preparing for the move the Channelside. Hopefully they'll lean up, move out, and reopen with a new feel.

Unless you live in Tampa don't waste your time. No where near what the Orlando Science Center has to offer. Very over priced for what they have to offer. They need to take the money and maintain the exhibits. Place is a dump! And half of the stuff was closed off which they do not tell you before you pay for admission. 5 yo was bored with it. Won't return.

Went for Solar eclipse viewing party. I appreciate the effort but it was madness! No structure or planning went into this. There were around 1500-2000 people and they had no system set up for anything. It would take to long to explain everything that went wrong but let's just say we left before it was over!

A great place and many, many interactive exhibits for kids. I would highly suggest you do not go during a time, when camps are going through. There was a camp called Imagination Schools of North Manatee. WOW! They were pulling and grabbing at the exhibits and overtaking everything. It kind of ruined all the cool exhibits they had available. Otherwise, it was a cool place...TIP: There are two buildings and a playground. Don't miss any of it!

So much fun! Came once as a child and don't remember but recently came back for my friend had invited me and it was very fun to be in. The theatre absolutely amazing. And there's something to see and look. They're going under renovations but fun or children and adults if your a big child
