I  scheduled my laundry to be picked up on Friday. It was picked up and returned on Monday, dirty and not cleaned. I called to have it picked up Monday evening and was promised that it would be returned Tuesday evening. However, it was not only not returned on Tuesday, but when I called I was informed that it wasn't even clean yet. Arley, the counter manager from Cochran's crossing, was unable to tell me when my clothes will be clean and, in the meantime, I do not have anything clean in my closet as they have had my laundry for 5 days and I am visiting the area for business. Please note that my clothes are supposed to be cleaned at the College Park location.
In addition, my colleague's laundry was also returned to her uncleaned. When she put it out to be picked up again for cleaning, MW cleaners "forgot" to pick it up and it is also still not clean. Will MW Cleaners ever return our clothing to us? Do they even know how to use a washer? The answers to these questions remain unclear, and even the managers do not appear to have any answers for us.

Excellent service! Our valet is great- he always has a smile,  and a treat for my dog! Our clothes are always cleaned perfect and if needed, the missing button replaced! Highly recommend MW for professional cleaning!

We choose to support MW Cleaners in The Woodlands. Their customer service is above all other businesses. Their employees greet us by name, are prompt in taking care of our dry cleaning and laundry needs, and offer assistance in walking our order to our car. Kudos to MW Cleaners - you continue to earn our business.

Always great customer service!  We have used them for almost 10 years and appreciate the quality cleaning and, especially, the drop-off/pick-up service.  Keep up the good work, MW Cleaners!
