We are a full service dry cleaner and launderer serving the woodlands and surrounding area for 40 years. We inspect every garment for spots, stain, and professional pressing before returning to our customer. We do things the old fashion way!

Story

The Mills Family started their business in 1974, right here in The Woodlands, Texas.

Over the past 40 years, the dry cleaning business has changed. For other local cleaners, the model shifted from a quality, hands-on process to a quantity driven storefront that sends out customers’ garments to a third party cleaning factory that uses harsh chemicals and automated processes.

The Mills Family continues to offer customers the benefits of a day long gone. We still invest the time and the effort to personally hand finish and inspect every garment and linen that we handle. Why would we take the extra time to do things the old fashion way? Simply put, it is what our customers tell us makes them happy and satisfied. We run our family business with the same core value that we started with in 1974. Those core values are exceptional customer service, integrity, and family first.

To stay true to our brand promise, we add a personal and gentle touch to every step of the dry cleaning process. We begin our process with an inspection of your clothes to determine the right care and process. From there, a member of our highly skilled team personally touches and treats your garments from the pre-spotting process all the way to hand finishing with a hand press. Of course, before any garment leaves our dry cleaning plant, we personally inspect for any issue and resolve any problems to ensure you are happy with your clothes.

Owning our own dry cleaning plant is a big differentiator for The Woodlands Cleaners. Unlike other cleaners that ship clothes out to a third party, we own our plant and operate daily with old fashion quality methods to deliver the care and respect your clothes deserve. Because we own our own plant, we ensure environmentally safe techniques that are safe for your clothes and our community.

All of this quality is completed in a day; we can promise your clothes the same day you drop them off, for no extra charge. We run our business this way because it is the right way to treat our customers.
