The BEST dry cleaner I have ever had from a picky girl in love with her wardrobe! They have exceptional customer service. We have our dry cleaning picked up twice a week. They also do wash and fold which is the answer to every mom's prayers.

My husband loooves heavy starch on his dress shirts. When I went to pick up his shirts for the first time, I knew right off the bat that his shirts were too limp. When I let the guys at MW know that he wanted shirts stiff as a board they didn't flinch, frown or fumble around. They explained the process (soaking them in a tub of water saturated with starch) and that the shirts would "stand up all on their own" when dry. All I did was nod in agreement and they sent them off for heavy starch and they came back perfect!! Thanks MW for making my life easier since I was the one that turned my husband into a starch freak in the first place.

MW Cleaners takes a good care of my cleaning needs whatever they may be. I appreciate the care that is given to my clothes. I know that I am in good hands with MW Cleaners.

I am very surprised about the positive comments here. My experience at this location and overall with MW Cleaners has been exactly opposite. They destroyed about 12 of my shirts with chemical stains, double and triple creases on the sleeves and trousers, sometimes no creases at all. The manager seemed very nice at the beginning, even gave me her cellphone number to call if I had any problems, but she won't address the issues or return phone calls! I returned shirts still on hangers last week due to some black spots from chemicals they used all over them with a hand written note and today they delivered them with the same problem and even charged my credit card. The store manager didn't return my call so ended up calling their corporate headquarters and complained. All I am asking is for them to do their jobs properly and not ruin my clothes, but unfortunately there has been no consistency, no quality control or customer service with this company what so ever.
