My Ceviche was established in March 2012, with the objective of being the premier fast-casual purveyor of fresh seafood in the form of ceviches, tacos, burritos, salads, and stone crabs. My Ceviche combines high-quality food with the convenience and affordability of a quick service restaurant, showcased in a beach-meets-city venue with an open kitchen. The goal of our company is to provide customers with healthy and delicious entrees, sourced with fresh, quality ingredients.

Been here several times already and its always as good as my first visit. Love the staff here. Very friendly and greets each customer with a smile. I'm hooked on their Ceviche bowls w/ quinoa. I get it with fish & shrimp w/ spicy Rocoto sauce topped w/ all the veggies plus diced mangoes. Always fresh, ready and fast. Perfect for our quick staff lunches. Will keep coming back for more!

My favorite restaurant (including other locations) in the Miami area. Wish they'd expand to Detroit. Get the Octopus tacos. They're amazing!

I usually order at work from my ceviche brickell and I love loved their food , everything is excellent. About a week ago I ordered from the coral gables location for the first time for delivery and I got something completely different from what I usually get when I order from the brickell location. The packaging was all wrong the ingredients didn't seem right either. Just yesterday i decided to check the place out personally, I went in 20 minutes before they closed and it looked a mess . The area where they prepare the food was all dirty crumbs of food everywhere. No one greeted me and no one asked me if I was ordering or picking up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it's end of day and they looked like they just wanted to go home. When I was finally attended I let the girl know my orders simple "A burrito with shrimp and jasmine coconut rice and a avocado salad with chicken" she looks at me with a face and asks again shrimp ? Chicken ? And I said yes ! She starts laughing and tells the other young lady u need to take everything out again. Look I understand it's late and the place is about to close but costumer service in any place is key no matter the time and this place has 0 costumer service. She starts to prepare my food and asks me what do I want on my salad I told her idk usually I just ask no onions and the salad is done. End of story she did not know what she was doing the salad was prepared all wrong , she put extra ingredients that does not go with the salad I ordered , I told her a burrito with shrimp she gave me a burrito bowl . At this point I was fed up and just wanted my food whatever they prepared so I can go home. I asked for the creamy avocado dressing and it looked pail and weird. I wish I would've fought for them to give me the correct thing because now Im sick . I've been throwing up since 3 a.m and I have not stopped . I usually order the same thing all the time and I have never gotten sick . I highly recommend the owners or whoever is in charge to higher more qualified ppl who care about the costumes. I have never gotten sick from eating out somewhere and I know 100% percent I got sick because of the food I had. I hope someone looks into this I'm highly disappointed and never ordering from there again.
