We ordered ribs... And they were splendid. 
Que slightly hot sauce was cooked with the meat and nicely roasted. 

The French fries were very thin, curved with a seasoning and deep fried for a crunchy side. And the coleslaw had a touch of mint that allowed you to take a break from the rest of the flavors. 

We closed the lunch with a warm nut-coated brownie topped with a melting vanilla ice cream. 

Very nice.

Very nice place, great location. Service at the bar was good, not great.

I had the Thai sushi roll and it was fine, nothing special. My friend had a Cesar's salad, lots of lettuce, again nothing special. The brownie desert was nice. That with two beers and an iced tea for $72... overpriced for what it was.

I love the food, i live in the area. Only many times i have to wait to long to get a table. food and people are great. a bit more music or live music would be nice

Food and service at Hillstone truly sets the bar high. Their well stocked bar will delight any Scotch and fine whiskey drinker's palette. Be sure to have the smoked salmon. There is something quite rich and exquisite about it that leaves you longing for more.

Formally known as Houston's (still called by locals), has great food, great service and quality drinks. Come early because it gets crowded on Fridays evenings from the Coral Gables, business district office executives who come to unwind, have a few drinks maybe a meal and socialize with friends. Nothing is watered-down here.
