No line to wait, stays open very late.  Always open when we need

I went to Urgent Care because I don't have a regular Doctor and I wasn't  feeling like my normal self.
The Doctor who was working noticed that my blood pressure was high so he took an additional test.  He recommended that I should see a regular Doctor immediately.  He even took the time to get me in to see one as quickly as a few days.
So glad he did, they found that my main artery was totally blocked and I was a walking heart attack.  The new Doctor knew exactly what to do.  That was a few months back and it now all seems like a dream because today I feel better than ever.

Anytime you need some kind of service, it feels like they think you're pulling out their teeth. They give you the runaround and you have to practically beg to get anything done. I went in for a tetanus shot and they refuse to give me the shot spirit I went in to get my foot checked and it has been two weeks since my MRI and no one has had the courtesy to give me a call  with the results or to schedule a follow up appointment. The secretary told me over the phone that it is common practice for the patient to call in for their results. You would think that after paying so much for medical services they would have better customer service

The first thing I asked what if I could be seen in the next day or two because I was hurt enough to take off time from work but not enough really for urgent care. regardless, I went through over 45 minutes of waiting, being put on hold since like that before I am trying to schedule me the following week. all that for nothing! the good news is I found a doctor who seems better and is closer! :-) or at least the staff does :-)

At first when you walk in they seem kind and caring but whenever you call, the secretaries sound annoyed that your bothering them with your problems. I've had to call multiple times for different problems and they don't bother calling back or notifying me of any changes or news. Do not come here! They don't care about their patients.
