Front office is rude. 2 people in front of me and we have been waiting for almost 2 hours. *a week later* Just called in a refill. We live out of state and my daughters pediatrician is in another state. They want me to pay another $95 to be seen for a 14 refill of antibiotics for my daughters refill. They lady who answers the phone is stating it's against their protocol to do any refills. I call BS on that

Hands down to the Best urgent care in chino, the staff is great alma and liz are very kind and welcoming. DR MARTINEZ is truely the best he's very caring for his patients listens to all my concerns and does his very best to help always, highly recommend him.

I've been going to Vista medical clinic for a many years!  Always so nice and friendly and caring! And always tries to fit you in as soon as possible if you have an urgent care need!!!
