Too bad you cannot give this business 0 stars because that's all they deserve! If you need repairs done on your Mercedes STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE!! They claim to have computers capable of handling Mercedes-Benz diagnostics and updates but they are lying crooks. I took my car here for some issues that they told me it was sensors which I had replaced  after their diagnostic. After the sensors were replaced, the problem still persisted and they blamed it on the DEF nozzle not working properly. At this point after already having spent about $1700 between diagnostic costs and parts, I questioned John one of the owners if their computers were able to check for updates which he said at the time that yes it was all up to date. So I decided to replace the nozzle. After this, the problem still persisted.  At this point, I gave-up on My Garage and decided to take my car to Mercedes Benz. 

Mercedes-Benz pressure tested the old DEF nozzle and showed me that there was nothing wrong with it. They also tested the sensors and found that there was nothing wrong with them! After a whole morning at Mercedes-Benz they told me that there were pending software updates to my car's emissions system. Mercedes-Benz charged me $320 to go over my car and run a full diagnostic to make sure everything was OK and they also did the updates for free. At the end they even returned my car washed!

My car has been running perfect since I took it to Mercedes-Benz. This problem could've been resolved for $320 or less at Mercedes-Benz verses $1700 but I got ripped off by trusting My Garage. If you need repairs done on your car I recommend you look somewhere else.

The dealership did not have the computer you claimed to have to diagnose the problem and this is the reason why I brought it to you. Your reply is lame and absurd. Your job was to diagnose the car and tell me what was wrong with it and I was going to get it fixed and warranties by the dealership where I bought it. That was your job to diagnose a problem and you failed royally. Now I am considering taking it to a lawyer and perhaps coming after you for this! 

You do not have the same level of diagnostic equipment as Mercedes! Stop lying ... even Mercedes told me that is impossible for you to have such equipment much less access to updates. You’re not a certified Mercedes dealer!
If you have the same level of diagnostic as Mercedes, how come you didn’t see that there were updates pending on my car?

Very pleased with this service. I made a trip out to this shop after hearing good personal reviews from many people. I don't own a European car but John worked with me and was pleased to get the work done. Quick and simple. 
5/5 would recommend and I will use them again.
