Rich's is definitely a good place to service your car.  He has saved me money on more than one occasion and I have never had any problems with his work.

I began going to Rich a few years ago at the recommendation of my Uncle. Having a 2000 Volvo S40 with over 100,000 miles I was having to make my way to the Volvo dealer more and more often, which is a very expensive experience, as any Volvo owner can tell you. Rich has always done a really fantastic job, but I'll share two anecdotes. One time I brought my Volvo in because the temperature sensor was malfunctioning and Rich promptly fixed it, but a few days later the same problem occurred. When I called Rich he was very apologetic and told me that I could bring the car back at my convenience and that he would fix the problem – free of charge. Sure enough he took care of the problem and I haven’t had any problems since. Another time I was looking to purchase a used BMW, and took it to Rich for his assessment. Rich put the car up on the lift, took it for a test drive, inspected every inch and - if that weren’t enough - took it to a mechanic friend who specializes in German cars. The most amazing thing? He didn’t charge one cent for all his time and effort. Rich is definitely the person to see.
