What can I say?  I have been going there for several years now.  It is the first gym that I felt like the money I spent was worth it.  I go a minimum of 3 times per weeks and I feel accountable there and I know that I am amongst friends there.  I am a stronger and better person because of MHF.   It is a great "hometown" gym and worth every penny I spend!    Thanks Jenny, Chris and Brent!  I promise to get back to classes soon, Jill!

At My House Fitness I am experiencing the benefit and joy of seeing my exercise endurance increase, my balance and daily movement stabilize, and my overall strength continuing to improve weekly.  Knowledgeable and skilled trainers, small group and individualized attention, and an expectation of success in a positive environment make the difference.  
At 64 yrs, I am receiving hope and proof that it is never too late to make the most of my physical health.  Thanks to staff and fellow clients for making the gym a must-go place to be!"

My house fitness is a very important part of my life. My trainer Brent pushes me to my fullest potential. I've been going since October 2015 and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. I've lost over 35lbs and gotten hella strong. 💪🏽

I've been going to boot camps for a little more than a year now. I've been a runner for about fifteen years, but through the classes at MHF, I am in my best shape ever. I love that every class is different; there are no set routines, so I don't get bored, and my body is challenged. The trainers are excellent -- knowledgeable, personable, and encouraging.
Three months ago my husband began working with a personal trainer at MHF.  He was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis eighteen years ago and has been wheelchair bound for four years. He began working with a trainer in hopes that he would not lose any more ground physically.  In just three months he has regained enough strength to pull himself to a standing position and maintain for a better period.  Ed, his trainer, has gone the extra mile in researching MS, working within my husband's limitations, and encouraging him in this fight. 
I so appreciate that the staff pours their energies into helping ALL of their clients achieve their goals and lead stronger, healthier lives.
