Team Fit 45 is a great workout for all levels! I really enjoyed the team atmosphere because it pushes you to keep going even when the workouts get tough. Joseph is a great coach and motivates and explains the exercises really well. I like that I can see my heart rate on the screens around the gym because it pushes me to get into the "purple zone" which gives me a better workout. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to be challenged and achieve the results you want!

Fabulous energy and organization! The work out is quick but very well planned out. The personal trainer ,Joseph listens and is very supportive. I have some pysical limitations, but due to his experience, we were able to modify my routine a bit and I am feeling the results. The body scan and heart rate monitors are awesome. I look forward to the experience each time I go!

Team Fit 45 is aces!! What I enjoyed the most was the Fit 3d Scan. The scan showed that my posture was off a bit. I didn't even know that!! It also gave my body fat percentage and bunch of other stuff that I didn't even understand, but the Team Fit 45 staff member was able to explain everything to me and how I can improve my overall physical condition. I'm really excited to get my life back on track!

I am 60+ with 50+ to lose. Just showing up and giving 1 hr 3 times a week, is making a huge difference for me. The trainers take personal interest in everyone's success each time. this experience is changing my life. No other facility can match what is offered here. Very personalized for my success. Come check it out before your stop is taken. Heck dedicate 3 months of your life now and please see what happens. You won't be disappointed............ 5 stars is not enough.

I love this place! The workouts are tough but really fun. Joseph is a great instructor. Working out in a team environment really helps me push myself. I could see my heart rate on the screen as I was working out too. It was so cool! I've never had a workout experience like it. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great fitness results!
