It was wonderful. They didn't hassle you about the price or buying. They were professional and easy to work with. In and out in as little as 30 mins. Great place for a first new pet.

I went to this location with some friends to play with puppies, and the conditions were horrendous. I was told that only "the older puppies" (referring to the larger German Sheperd puppies and other breeds on one side of the store) are the only dogs in the store to get walked. There were very small dogs on the other side of the store whimpering and shivering in their cages, and most were very sad or not moving at all just laying down extremely solemn. I also did not see any source of water in the cages. We played with two puppies, both whom were not playful or happy at all (solely because they were enjoying walking around the small cube area that was larger than their cage). One seemed very sick and was constantly sneezing and shaking. The sneezing puppy peed in the cube and proceeded to drink it, and when we told an associate she grabbed the dog and said "Stupid dog!" flicked him on the nose and brought him back to his cage before our playing time was up. The associates we interacted with were rude and disrespectful and clearly had little to zero care about the well-being and growth of the puppies. What was expected to be a fun and therapeutic day ended up being a deeply saddening one. I highly encourage seeking dog parents to adopt from a local shelter instead of buying from this store where the puppies come from puppy mills and are purely a business. The dogs I saw today were clearly treated with 0 love and respect.

The staff did his job very good. He knows how to explain and gave us a lots of information. He also made a very good atmosphere and did his job very well. We'll visit My Next Puppy again in the future.

Store is very clean and puppies are taken care of. Breeders' info are next to each puppy's display. They also offer financing options, training and grooming. Great customer service as well.

Great Service and employees are really friendly. Clark helped me pick the right puppy for my husband and I. They offer financing options and training services which is amazing! Definitely would recommend.
