If I could rate them 0 stars I would. They never cut my dog the way I ask them to. I asked them to trim his ears they didn't touch them. He had knots in his fur I asked them to remove. They were still there. Not only that, but they did cut and burn my dog in the stomach/private area and didn't tell me. If they would have told me they made a mistake and how to take care of it I wouldn't have such a problem. They sent me home with an injured dog. I didn't realize the cut/burn until I took him out of the car when I got home. He screeched when I picked him up, so I checked and there was a huge razor burn and cut. I called up there and they told me to bring the receipt.  I told them that the cashier took it when I went to pay. They said they couldn't do anything without the receipt. I took it upon myself and called corporate. They told me to take my dog up there and show them. So I did. They gave me a refund, but I will NEVER go there again. That is VERY unacceptable. At least inform the owner that their dog is injured. I am very unhappy with them and I will never take my dog back. I will be going to Bark n Bubbles from now on.

Awful experience!
Took my Dog for grooming, she is a beautiful 13 months Bishpoo. 
I was told she was a little matted, therefore they will have to go short on her coat. I talked to Anthony, "the grooming salon manager" and Mike, "the worse groomer ever"  I asked him to please try not to go too short.
He stated that it'll take about 3-4 hours so I left.
Within less than an hour I got a call to pick my Dog up. I was shocked and outraged when I saw her fully shaved to the skin!!!
Her beautiful ears were trimmed unevenly so it was the hair around her mouth!!!
On top of that they wanted me to pay $78 for the horrible service!!!
I walked up to the cashier and I demanded to talk to the Store Manager. I refused to paid for the "$78 Shaving" on which he totally agreed I shouldn have to pay.
Im so outraged by what they did. Keep your Pets away from this place!!!

There isn't customer service and not friendly  they only try focus sale staff without explaining anything

For your pet's safety we beg you please STAY AWAY and PASS ON the word to other pet lovers. This is the worst experience I've ever had with ANY animal service. 

A quick trip to the groomers turned into hospital visit and 2+ week ordeal with our poor boy in a cone with 6 stitches, medicated for weeks. 

We took our old, passive dog in for a basic cut. After hours of waiting we got a casual, unapologetic call from the groomer letting us know that half way through they had CUT HIM OPEN with a sharp razor so badly that he had to be immediately rushed to the vet - where he wasn't even seen by the vet for what we believe was at least an hour.

The cut was so deep and wide that their first procedure attempt was not enough so they had to sedate and give him 6 stitches. He is an old, blind dog with medical conditions but they sedated him anyway without having any medical history. We spent the entire day waiting around for them to "call us back when they knew more". It had been hours since we heard from them so I finally decided to just call them and the receptionist said "he's been ready". 

When we went into the store the groomers were not even remotely apologetic and completely avoided us. Even more disgusting, the manager was rude, defensive, lacked compassion and sounded like he was reading straight from a corporate handbook. We were appalled at his nonchalant attitude over the situation - as if this happens all the time!

It's the most average Petsmart you can imagine. That doesn't mean it's bad, just exactly what you would expect when you think of a Petsmart.
