One of the assistant managers, Chris, is a gem. We hold adoption events at this location, and there is NO ONE who facilitates that as well, or better than he. Thanks, Chris, for all your help.

I just moved to VA and wanted to find a new groomer for my dog. I called the Chantilly Petsmart grooming to schedule an appointment for a bathe and trim around my dogs eyes (she's a bichon so her fur is fluffy). Fortunately the lady said there's an available spot in 30 minutes! Once I got there, they seemed way over consumed. For a bathe and trim, they told me it would be 2-3 hours. They took her and immediately put her in the back to be caged. 3.5 hours later I had to call them to ask when she'll be ready. Apartently they forgot to call to say she was "ready". When I got there I had to pay the $52.00 (which seems way over priced for a bath/ eye trim) before they brought her out. And when she came out I was completely shocked! She didn't even looked like she was washed!!! Her hair was coarse and DRY! (Worse than when I brought her in). The trim around the eyes was good, but that it! Her ears and face was not brushed. By the time we got home she ran straight to her water dish and drank the entire bowl becuse she was so dehydrated from being caged 3.5 hours!! And on top of it, I had re brush her and fluff her up. Very disappointed!! Especially given the fact I've taken her to get groomed at several different Petsmarts in Maryland and never had a single complaint! Definitely going to have to find another groomers. :/

Clean friendly staff, lots of choices of products, shelves are stocked. They have pets services as well.

I've been taking my border collie mix to the groomers here for about 6 years now and highly recommend Jen! My dog has never been a fan of baths and will hesitate to get out of the car and as long as Jen is the one to take her back she perks up and goes without issue. I cannot thank her enough for taking great care of my Roxy!
