The experience  was amazing .We have using my safe glass for our windshield repair and replacement for many times.We trust them and everything is done in timely manner.I highly recommend doing business with them.

PROS:
- The Mysafe Glass technician arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. He finished installing my new window in no time.
- Originally, he told me it was not their job to clean up the broken glass from pulling out my window. However, after saying that, he did offer to clean up the glass if I would get him a broom. 

CONS:
- Upon completion of services, the technician asked for my credit card and started dialing on his phone. I assumed he was calling the company office to run my credit card. I asked him if I could be the one to make the call so I would know who exactly is getting my information. 

HERE'S WHERE IT GETS SKETCHY: He told me that the office was closed and I wouldn't be able to speak to anyone (even though business hours on Yelp say that they didn't close for another 2 hours). So I asked what was he originally planning on doing with my credit card and his phone. He said he was going to type in my credit card number, save it, and run it at a different time. I told him I wasn't comfortable with that option. At this point, he became defensive and things went downhill quickly. He said he does many jobs a day and customers give him their credit card numbers without any hesitation. He tried to prove his point by showing me a customer's personal check (not exactly apples to apples). He didn't understand why I was being so cautious with him and continued to just talk instead of listen to where I was coming from. I tried to explain to him, but he continued to be condescending and rude. He implied that I was overreacting because I didn't want to let him write down my credit card number. Finally, I just asked him if he would be comfortable letting a clerk at a gas station or a waiter at a restaurant write down his credit card number and run it later. He said he wouldn't be comfortable with that either. After some more back and forth, he finally busted out a Square credit card reader! I asked him why the hell he didn't do that in the first place?! He said it was his personal Square and not the company's. He said the company does not provide technicians with Squares and that he was going to have to take a 3% loss by using his personal Square (which shows up on your credit card as Saber Auto Glass by the way). ALL OF THIS BECAUSE HE DIDN'T WANT TO LOSE 3%?!?! We finally finish the transaction and the technician leaves. I head inside to call Mysafe Glass to tell them about my experience. Someone answered the phone even though the office was said to be "closed". The guy I spoke to said that he didn't have anything to do with the window/glass department and that I should call the owner when he returns from being "out of the country". The guy I spoke to on the phone even laughed when I told him about the experience I just had. Man, what a couple of stand-up business guys!

I often try to support smaller, local businesses as much as possible. They occasionally offer better deals (which is why I chose Mysafe Glass in the first place) and provide better service because it's their own name, their own business, and their own livelihood at stake and not someone else's. Today, this company shat on me in return for my support. I hope you have a better experience than I did, should you choose to give Mysafe Glass a chance. Just be sure to pay with cash, check, and if you must use a credit card.... don't you dare question what the technician is going to do with your credit card number just to save himself 3%. I had my windshield replaced with safe glass and I was shopping price, they gave me the lowest price and they came to my job same day and replaced the windshield. I was really happy with the service and Highly recommended,

great service,great job,reasonable price,they had my windshield replaced same they I called them ,they got to my house on time and replaced my windshield less then 30 minutes . no issues after replacement I had water leak on my last windshield replacement in Dallas but this time everything was perfect I took my car to carwash to make sure its not going to leak never happened. very happy and satisfied with my service and highly recommended

Touraj has replaced a windshield in my 2013 Wrangler, and a passenger window in our 2010 Lexus.  Both were done very quickly, and at an extremely reasonable cost.  He's got a customer for life in me.
