This business is simply the best when it comes to vehicle repairs and services. I was unlucky to have been hit twice in recent years. The first time I took my vehicle to the Subaru dealership to have it repair. They did a sloppy job and basically painted over scaled and dented parts even though work was done. On the second occasion I took my car to the Body Shop of McKinney and already knew they would have done a great job. How did I know? I met a great guy there. He was respectful, professional, knew what he was saying and had a keen sense of humor as well. His name is Joel Hill and he is a Service Advisor there. You get just that when dealing with him- great service and the best advice. Often we overlook effort people make on our behalf and this guy deserves two thumbs up for going above and beyond for me. I was a new mother to a 4 month old and not having a functional vehicle was truly a stressor for me. I highly recommend The Body Shop. They are straight forward in all ways. They’ll even offer you a ride to and from where you rent a vehicle and if I am not mistaken they rent as well. The guys will wash and clean your vehicle and make you feel like you deserve nothing but the best in customer service.

My first experience with The Body Shop was pleasant until further inspection of my vehicle. After my after market steps were not working, due to somehow a bolt being unfastened, I also noticed a large scratch on the tint of my rear window. The Body Shop quickly responded and fixed the tint the next day at not additional cost. My second experience with The Body Shop was all but pleasant. They repaired my vehicle in an adequate manner. Although the representative was very "curt" in communication. After further inspection of my vehicle, I notice that the cord that kept my gas cap connected was broken. Also, it was a front end collision, now I hear something loose or shaking in the front left wheel, and there is a lot of play in the steering wheel. Which I think it maybe a damage tie rod or bushing. The aesthetics of the vehicle are great as they do awesome body work. And even though they finished a full week ahead of the scheduled date they had given me, I feel that they did not do a full inspection of the vehicle prior to estimating and commencing work. I would rather had waited a full week more to have everything exactly the way it was prior to my accident, than to still have to have things examined and fixed still. Unfortunately, I will not use The Body Shop again. It is not that I do not recommend others to use this business, I am just letting you know the attentiveness that I received out of my two experiences with this business. Hold them accountable and inspect everything. Especially when dealing with a $50k vehicle.

The service and customer experience are great here. Gary and Joel gave me very helpful insurance info that saved me lots of time and hassle. Everyone from the front desk to the car rental (on-site) we're friendly and helpful. This place rocks!

This will be my 4th time bringing my vehicle in after body work and censor repairs were supposed to be completed. I took my car to this place and the gas gage and speedometer are now broken. It’s only been three weeks since I left my car with them. I got on the phone with a manager named, Billy, who, before assuring me they stand by their work, gave me every excuse as to why I’d have to pay for any new repairs. My car has not been in an accident. The last time it was touched, it was touched by this shop. I have a no contact order on my ex boyfriend and I’m supposed to be “ safe” wherever I go. These men, and I won’t use Gentlemen, decided it was ok to leave me with a vehicle that had no working speedometer or gas gage. What kind of a decent shop wouldn’t ensure a single woman was safe on the road. I am sick of seeing them due to the fact that they’re not fixing the issue and I have to keep returning to their shop. I believe they don’t want your car in good repair because obviously if it’s not working, they’re getting more and more money from the customer. Again, I could not believe how rude the manager was to me after the ordeal I have been through with this shop. They apparently cleared my car of all mechanical issues, yet 3 weeks later my speedometer doesn’t work and neither does the gas gage.

My Father-in-Law , a 91 year old WW11 veteran, recently had his car repaired at The Body Shop in McKinney, Texas. He had about $4,000. worth of damage done in an accident. The Body Shop fixed his car in one week and it looks brand new . Thanks to Gary White and your whole crew for a job well done in a timely manner.
