Been working with Lewis at the McKinney location for a few weeks now on my 1998 Jeep Wrangler 5 speed with a transmission leak.  Called in and was recommended to bring the jeep in the following Monday 10/9/2017, called each day for an update, and every day they will look at it tomorrow.  I think 10/11 I was told they were going to get it on the rack and look at it.  Multiple times I have been told they would look at it, and finally did.  Leaking between cases.  Told it would go on a rack Thursday to be pulled apart and decide what all needs to be done, called Thursday for an update late in the day, no update can't get to it, told Friday they would get it on the rack, so I called back Friday late.  Still nothing told Monday it would be torn down, and I just called to get an update, and was told they have staff out, and could not get to it.  I was told I can come get it if I want.  I said I need it fixed.  Said they have a car on the rack and waiting to finish it, now told they will get to it today and see when it will be done maybe by Thursday, and if they can have it till Friday it will be done.  All I can say at this point is terrible communication and lack of follow-up/follow-through.  Can't comment on the actual work at this point, just outlining my experience at this point.  I will call back later today and really hoping for some good news.  Beware of promises.

I had the transmission rebuilt on my 1995 Chevy pickup truck. Bob was very respectful and kind about everything. When I picked up my truck, on the way home I realized that the truck still wasn't driving right, and I knew it had to do with the transmission. I called Bob and told him what was going on, and I feel as if I were his #1 priority, because he had the simple mistake fixed for free in two days under the three-year warranty that comes with their transmission rebuilds. Bob was not at all bothered at the fact that I had his shop fix the simple error (cables rubbing on the transmission causing it not to shift right.) I picked up my truck once more, and I was beyond satisfied; the truck drove without a flaw. This shop deserves five stars because they are honest, kind, accurate with their estimates, and they are always willing to help and put customers first. I would one hundred percent give these guys a try if you are experiencing any transmission issues.

I went to the McKinney location and I have to say I'm very satisfied with the whole experience! Bob in the front took real good care of me and was very pleasant to deal with. He explained everything clear and simple! As a single mother of 4 it's been hard for me to find a good mechanic that I trust so I'm very happy to have found this place! I highly recommend it!

Had my 2006 Cadillac Escalade's transmission rebuilt here a couple of weeks ago. It was a pleasure working with Lewis and his team.  I am very pleased with the work they did.  It runs perfectly again. Price was what I expected.

Our experience here was great! The job was completed within quoted estimate and one little additional issue was handled immediately. The owner stands behind his work, and even took the time to give some expert advice to my son about his vehicle. This shop cares about their customers. Thank you!!
