Almost 2 years I've been going to this place atleast once a week. Their menu is standard south Indian with a few extra varieties on the weekends. Delicious and (mostly) consistent. Very rarely (once or twice in 2 years) has the food been served that's been sitting out cold for a while or too spicy to handle (even for my Indian tongue) or flavorless. Cleanliness is godliness and they standby that motto. Service depends on the busyness... and this is a fast food place; so I cannot rate them on that. Therefore I stand by my rating of 5 stars.

The place is clean. Friendly fast service. Good crowd. However, the tables and chairs were for a fast food restaurant. So, it is like a desi place. Also, we didn’t get a crisp plain dosa. It was soggy. It didn’t have all vegetables inside it. It did have yummy crushed packed cauliflower.

Their service is horrendous. They also don't maintain cleanliness - for example their water glasses (steel made) always smell weird. I like their food and taste of food - if only the service was nicer. The people working their are hard-working and they seem to try hard. Their previous management was much better imo.

Delicious authentic indian food. Loved everything we ordered. Service can improve a little. Did not get one of our items right even after asking 3 times over. Other than that everything was good and well served. Space is small so get crowded in peak hours so you may have to wait a little.

It is not easy to select an item if you have not been here with some one who knows the food before. It is a bit pricey for a peace of "bread" and a three small cups of souse (in different variations). It did taste good. I would call it an appetizer not a main dish. Do not forget to wash your hands - you would use them to eat with.
