I leave around the corner from this Round Table, my family does a pizza night once a week when my 2-year-old breaks me and the wife down. This particular night we ordered our usual. A large pep with 6 twists 2 sides of ranch and a 2 liter of soda. It took over an hour and 20 minutes to make it 2 blocks (I'm not joking, we are 2 blocks away). One the driver was close he told me he could not find the address (We live in an apartment building that 3 stories high with the numbers illuminated in huge block letters on the front). He explained he forgot his driving glasses. He then told me to come outside and find him, when I came outside he was in the process of leaving the pizza at a doorstep of a different apartment. Once I got my pizza inside to feed a hungry 2-year-old. there were 3 bread sticks, not 6. there was no ranch ( Pizza without ranch, is not pizza), the soda was the wrong kind, and to top it off, the pizza had clearly flipped over during the drive because the cheese was stuck on the top of the box and removed from the pizza itself. I called the restaurant and before I could explain what had happened I was thrown on hold and TOLD to wait for a manager to come to the phone. I was on hold for 18 minute before I decided to stop waiting on hold and spend the rest of the night with my hungry family. I went out and got a $5.00 hot and ready pizza from Ceasers so my daughter did not go to bed hungry. and that pizza place managed to get the order correct. I know people are imperfect, but I pay the extra money for Round Table for 2 reasons, the quality of the pizza and (usually) the service.

Nice customer service but the pizza is mediocre, especially as of late. Not to mention the restaurant needs updating and is a bit dirty, seeing as there is carpet in the dining area and on the walls of the arcade.

I came in at 1:30 to grab a quick bite before my next appointment. The place had one or two other customer's in there. I wanted to order the buffet. The girl at the counter told me thst was fine but they wpuld not be bringing any fresh pizza put to replace tjevhard picked through vrap laying undet the heating lamp. The salad bar was abmess, my salad was awful and the pan pizzavI ordered was wrong and dry.. Tje soda tasted like the machine hadn't been cleaned. All in all yuck! Here's the deal if you want to offer your customer's a buffet, put fresh food out and offer a clean topped off salad bar or put it away and call it a day! It's not rocket science..

Very horrible and rude customer service. Pizza is also not of good taste. Don't go to this place even in your dreams.

The pizza was good. But, the store is old & hasn't been kept up. The salad bar kind of sucked. No beets, or garbanzo beans etc. Also, they never offered us ranch for dipping the pizza in. Makes me wonder if they have the same kind of ranch as other stores. Plus they have 3 tv's in there & all three were on sports. Some of us would rather watch something else, even the news.
