These guys are unbelievable! I called to place an order. I've ordered from them before so they should have my payment info on file. At any rate, they never asked for my credit card info. When the driver arrived, he told me they only take cash. This was never communicated to me by either of the people I spoke with while placing the order, neither of whom requested that I give them my credit card info. The delivery guy called the store and the manager told him that it was too late to take my credit card info and that he needed to leave. Terrible, terrible, terrible!

If you are expecting a gourmet pie, go somewhere else, but if you are expecting great pizza at a great price come to Pizza Hut. I too am happy that they have finally arrived in Folsom. For much of my childhood, I ate at Pizza Hut with my family whenever there was a big game and pizza. I think if you go in expecting to have something unimaginably great, you'd be disappointed, but for a nationwide brand, Pizza Hut delivers. The staff at this Pizza Hut have been courteous and professional. If it was a toss up between Domino's, Round Table, or Mouontain Mike's I would choose Pizza Hut because I really like the way it tastes.

This Pizza Hut has now improved the customer service experience ever since they first opened.

Better than you think! The customer service is great, and the deals are fantastic. I am so glad that we finally have a Pizza Hut in Folsom because I was having stuffed crust withdrawals. Amazing pizza at a great price, what is better than that?
