Very thankful we decided not to go with this company for my mother in laws cremation. They are extremely unprofessional and rude! Not to mention the building is a small dirty house and they send your loved one to an unknown location to be cremated?! I spoke on the phone with "Butch" or Eddie Robinson Jr. a few times on Monday to get details about arranging the cremation. I told him we were going to try to have her memorial service on Saturday and asked if it could be done by then. He then explained that id have to be there as soon as possible to get the paperwork filled out to get the process started or he could not guarantee it. The next morning (Tuesday) we are there as soon as they opened to fill out paperwork and get it going. I ask him again before we sign paperwork if they could have her done by Saturday and he began projecting the delay on us (since we had to call to get her ssn)and the Jefferson Parish permitting office saying they only do one permit a day. He also said they would have to "send her out, and get her back" which leads me to believe that they don't even do their own cremations. The was certainly no room for a crematory or refrigeration at the place we were at. Hence the uncertainty and the delay. Now whether this man was actually hard of hearing or just a major jerk i don't know. My family spoke many words at the same volume, but when i had to spell out a name for him he made me look at him in his eyes and then practically scream it out. I became so annoyed by his rudeness and facetiousness and the fact that he couldn't tell me certainly if she'd be ready for her funeral, we decided to take our business elsewhere. In the end, you get what you pay for and this place is NOT worth it! There's a place on St Claude in New orleans thats only 200 more and much more convenient so they will be the ones to get our business.
