Customer service and the food is super yummy. They are located in a small space with other food trucks. You’re able to sit outside and enjoy your food. At night they have great lighting. It was a peaceful setting to dine at for sure. The flavors of everything….. I don’t think I’d change any of it. We ordered the Sampler platter and 10” Quesadilla. Very flavorful! It was so much food! Definitely recommend! Sawdust Location is where I went
This place is a hidden gem for sure. We had a great experience as it was our first time. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. My son and I went on a Saturday evening. We wanted to sit down eat, and to enjoy our food. We ordered the Quesabirrias, and it was so darn good . My taste buds were literally dancing from the robust flavors . We ordered the 6 count, and it was enough for the two of us. The price was very fair. You’ll really enjoy the authentic food and service. Next time, we’ll try the ramen birria, that one was also very tempting ! Overall, it’s a great place, with delicious food , and excellent service. I highly recommend. Kid-friendliness: Very Clean eating area. There’s Colorful Picnic tables to sit down and enjoy your food.
I have been following Nacho Birria for a while on instagram and had been dying to try the food. Finally they opened up this truck down the street from my house and I got to go. I loved the food but also the service. Everyone was so nice and polite and it really made me feel welcomed and valued.
This Birria is hands down the best I’ve ever tasted. Incredible quality! My favorite specialty item is the ramen, but everything is amazing. Great service too!

Hands down my favorite food truck AND Birria. They truly have the best tacos and best customer service !!! Please try the queso birrias, those are a must !! Ramen is also amazing !! They never disappoint

The food is good but these prices are insane! 15 for a burrito?? 12 for some fries?? Spend your money at an actual restaurant.
By far the BEST birria in Houston!! Completely worth the 30 minute drive.
