Best Mexican food we’ve ever had. Tasty and the flavors were amazing! My family enjoyed the food including my kids. Great people who treat you kind and explain the dishes. Thank you and wishing great success!
This was a great find and we will definitely be back often. The food was very good, it had a great taste and flavor and tasted fresh and authentic. Which it was as the owner told us that everything is cooked fresh and the recipes are family recipes. This is definitely a food truck that puts love into their food for each person. If you are close by it's for sure worth a stop off. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and vegan options available, was very friendly to explain ingredients. Parking: Small off street parking. Dietary restrictions: Was very helpful and knowledgeable in telling me what to avoid so to avoid soy.
This place is sooooo good! We ordered the Tacos with soy chorizo and potatoes, and Tacos with asada and pineapple. We also had the sopes. All of it was really good. I can't wait to go back. I am thrilled to have a vegan Mexican restaurant on this side of town. We got it to go, but the outdoor seating is really nice if you wanted to eat there.
I've traveled North American full time for nearly 6 years and can easily claim this is one of the top 3 Mexican restaurants on the continent. The enchilada and quesadilla plates had tons of food, more than i could eat, which is rare, and were both delicious! The guac and salsa dips were spicy and flavorful and the brothers are super cool. The food truck lot had plenty of parking, El Mictlan truck is clean and their patio is comfortable with fans and nice bench seating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Vegetarian options: Vegan and Vegetarian only! Parking: good amount of parking considering this was a food truck park
This are the best quesadillas I’ve tried Wow this place is so good! If you unsure of trying vegan food do not doubt this is the right food choice for you, is a really nice place to eat and people is so extra friendly, I also had the tamarindo and it was delicious

Good food, good people, good music, and good vibes. What else can you ask for? I got another entree but it was soo good I forgot to take a picture. I got everything vegan and it was all very good. My favorites were the vegan asada with pineapple tacos and the green enchiladas. The quesadillas were good but really filling since they are deep fried. They has aguas frescas too for only $5 for a 32oz drink. The service was really good and the food was very fresh. I highly recommend you ask for the fresh red salsa, it was really flavorful. If you live close by I highly recommend it! Vegetarian options: They can make everything vegan as well and it still tastes great!
The BEST vegan Mexican I have EVER had! I day dream about this place when I’m hungry. Such a blessing to our area! You have lifelong customers here! Don’t miss out on the fried quesadillas and the hibiscus water!
I've been here twice, first time takeout, second time I ate outside. The food tasted awesome both times. The salsas and sauces are super fresh. I recommend the tacos, especially with potato, but the fried items are also great.Food: 5/5
Unbelievable vegan food! Highly recommend for non-vegan folks too. If you think vegan is just salads, you should try this place. You will have your mind blown. Their food is seriously phenomenal, I'm not a vegan and this is hands down one of my favorite food trucks.Food: 5/5
