I have been going here for 4 years now, sure are they slow sometimes, yes. They could benefit from staffing more or you can figure out the best times to come in. Ive never had any issue with the quality of my nails and the lady there can slayyy some eyebrows and they understand english so thats a positive too.

Horrible.they cut my cuticle and when I went back to inform them about it..they blamed me for the cut.snd tge technician did not apologize or aknowledge the injury.all the coworkers defended her wrong...don't go to this place.mike another techs I'd I dropped sonething on my toe.they are a pathetic group of idiots...at nailhaus..all of them...no one was professional enough to tell the lady that cut me to apologize.

SOOOO SLOW !! Waited for over an hour just to walk out without my nails done ! When there was someone open she sat on her phone and did nothing ....worst place ever .....Dont go here!!
