Scheduled with the clinic online and when I got there they were fast at getting me back and tried to start treating me before checking insurance.  I've had insurance issues with Walgreens before.  I have Blue Cross so it's not a rinky dink plan or anything.  They proceed to tell me... Oh sorry our website is a few months out of date and we don't take them anymore.  So they would have treated me and then I would have been stuck with the bill.

Daughter had script sent here told me to get out  of drive thru cuz they were closing it and I had to come inside....shes 9 and can't balance herself yet or be left in car. So they tell me I have to come inside and get her script that they are already working on and wouldn't transfer it...or I can come back later ( this is her pain killer and antibiotics she needs right now)

I constantly have problems with prescriptions here.  I have prescriptions I submit days ahead of time and they still fail to get it done by the time I'm out of medications.  I end up having to call several times and now they've managed to get all of my medications refilling on various dates in a week so I'm having to coming in 3-4 times a week depending on what meds are being changed.  I called the 800# to let them know so maybe the store management could help streamline things.  No response except they gave me some of their rewards points.

The drive through at times can be 4-5 cars long and it just seems like they do not have enough staff.  I've called their 800# after they made a serious error and nobody bothered to follow through.  I'll do them a favor and lessen the demand on their pharmacy.

A tip for management:  have your staff smile.  They may be busy but smiling can improve customer perception as I see them rarely be friendly with others while I'm stuck waiting in their mini-lobby.

Today I had yet another issue and I attempted to offer the solution since I actually called the company who provides a coupon for me and the pharmacist basically barked at me.  

If it wasn't for the fact Walgreens has stores everywhere I'd leave them for another chain.  I just don't want to risk the chance of not being able to get medication if needed.  This is the only pharmacy I've had so much difficultly with or even friendly staff.  Your staff at the front checkout are friendly so that's why you didn't get 1 star.

This store routinely has items for clearance so watch and you can save extra money.  Just have to be patient.

I did leave one thing out.  Now that the Health Clinic is managed by SSM it is leaps better than the previous company working here!  It is a busy one so you may have to look at other nearby ones if you are in a rush. I added a star back to 3 stars because of the new clinic changes.  Thank you Walgreens and SSM!

The employees were friendly and courteous. I went in to get passport photos taken of my daughter and somewhere on my way home I lost them. I called the store to see if they were there and they took their time to check in the parking lot in case I dropped them on my way out. Even though they were not found I went in the following morning to get new ones printed and realized the employees from the previous night went ahead and made me new prints free of charge.

Nice walgreens, I've never had to wait, and this place has a large selection. Good hours too.
